I came here for brunch with friends on a recent visit Brooklyn. We didn't have a reservation on a Saturday (a risky move), but they were able to seat us outside, which was lovely. I ordered the croque madame, which was very tasty, and incredibly filling. I didn't even finish the fries, which is really saying something because I love French fries. The fries weren't my favorite (they could have been crispier), but the sandwich itself was fantastic. Service was friendly and quick.

I got the classic eggs Benedict and a Bloody Mary. It was good but nothing special. It was easy to get in on a Sunday afternoon, but was definitely crowded. The service was decent and the ambiance was loud.

This place would be an AMAZING date spot! I went with a friend but will definitely go as a date in the future. The bartender was super helpful with wine recommendations and was very attentive even though it was packed. The food we got was definitely a bit pricy for the quantity however it tasted great. Very happy with the entire experience. We ordered the hummus and deviled eggs. The devilled eggs were VERY tasty but you only got 2 eggs and it was 12 dollars - which is why I thought the portion for price wasn't ideal for me. The wine portion and quality for the price though was excellent!

Went here with my partner for Valentine's Day. We were seated promptly in the heated outside area and started with a wonderful bottle of red wine our server recommended and a half dozen oysters which were great. For dinner, we split one of the specials of the night, a raclette cheese dish. Everything about it was amazing and it arrived quickly. We dessert we had a cake to go (I believe this was also one of the specials) which was incredible. The staff was helpful, friendly and prompt. The vibes inside seemed great too and we hope to return Fabian soon as well as check out their sister wine bar next door. Wonderful experience overall.

My friend suggested we go to this French restaurant when she found out I have stressful week ahead. I didn't expected to like this place as much as I do. I ordered a cup of drip coffee and Eggs Benedict. My portion of the bill was $29 including tips. I don't know if it's because the waitress saw I was taking a lot of pictures hence she was more attentive to us or what. I have to admit the service was 10/10. The dish and coffee receive two thumbs up from me too.

A beautiful French restaurant tucked away in Fort Greene! It's great for small groups of 2-4, and would be perfect for a date. The food was excellent -- we tried the burrata, mussels and steak tartare. My impression is that the French entrees were by far the best: the burrata was good, but the tartare was packed with flavor and texture. Service was also super attentive: during the meal I chortled and snuffed out the candle several times, and without fail the servers always relit it!

I visited Cafe Paulette on my recent trip to NY. It is difficult to find restaurants that will take reservations, especially for brunch. Our reservation was for two children (one requiring a high chair) and four adults. It was a little chilly outside so we were luckily seated inside. The front table was perfect to accommodate us, the children, the high chair and all of our gear (diaper backpacks, stroller, etc.) My husband and I ordered to share with our son: - Oeufs Benedicte - This comes with two poached eggs on an English muffin, Hollandaise sauce, French ham, fries and a salad. This was delicious, I really liked the Hollandaise sauce. - Omelette du Jour - This comes with organic eggs and your choice of fries or salad. The veggies inside of the omelette made the omelette even better. Fries portion for both dishes was huge! - Fresh Fruit - This side was beautifully plated, it was nice for the children to pick from and encouraged them to eat more fruits. Overall, the staff were friendly and accommodating of our large party and the children. Food came out fresh and just as we ordered. I would definitely make the trip back here if I am back in the area :)

I had a great time and a great meal! Chris our server was top notch, and the wine selection was nice. Taste: we had the moules frites, an artichoke salad, bread and butter and some recommended red. The mussels were nice and not too rich and buttery. I think the artichoke salad was just ok, but I still liked it. Experience: our server was so kind and fun and a little flirty which was cute. Thanks Chris! There were a lot of staff that came out and asked us if things were ok. Our glasses of wine and water were always full. We sat on the sidewalk in not the best table, but I still had a great time. Mood Before/After: I was excited before and tipsy and happy after Fullness: Very full What else did I eat/do today affecting my experience: I was chilling with a good friend's ex roommate and we had a great time ribbing each other over this meal.
